Servings  suggestions-:

You can serve samosas with green and red chutney or you can also eat it with tomato ketchup, if you wish, break it by adding chutneys and a little curd and serve it as samosa chaat.

 Special suggestion for making samosas

 1. When making samosa flour, add sufficient amount of ghee (moman) to it, it should not be more or less.

 2. While filling the samosas, keep in mind that the potato masala is cooled; filling of garam masala is a fear of the samosa bursting.

 3. Always put the samosa in medium hot oil and they should be baked on medium heat, so that the samosas become crispy.

 4. Those who do not like to eat samosas after frying, they can grill in oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees on convention mode
